BC5000-Vape offers complimentary shipping within the United States for orders exceeding $149.
Our shipping procedures have recently been updated, and we now provide tracking notifications to keep you informed about the status of your order. We take pride in our quick order processing, and in most cases, your package will be shipped from our facility within 24 hours. During periods of high demand, the shipping process may take up to 48 hours. Rest assured, we use a reliable shipping network to ensure the timely delivery of your vape orders.
Upon checkout, you will receive information about the shipping method and estimated delivery times based on your location and local service provider. After your order has been processed at our facility, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.
Please be aware that all transit times provided are estimated delivery times and do not include weekends or holidays. If your location falls within the Midwest or Eastern half of the U.S., your order may undergo a 2-Step Shipping Process, which you can learn more about on our website.
For cost-effective shipping, we recommend considering bulk purchases to optimize savings.
Adult Signature Service Required
To comply with federal laws, any vape mail order containing e-cigarette products must be shipped using Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery. This means the package recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID to verify their age. To facilitate this service, an additional charge of $7 will be applied during the checkout process. Alternatively, if more convenient, we can ship your vape products to a business address.
Shipping and Handling Timelines
Please be aware that all orders require 24 to 48 business hours to process before they are shipped out. After processing, you will receive an automatic tracking email confirming that your package is in the final stages of fulfillment. Estimated delivery times and shipping methods will be provided at checkout based on your location.
Return to Sender
BC5000-Vape retains the sole discretion to offer any reshipping services.
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. In the event that the goods are returned to our facility, we will provide a refund minus the postal cost.
If a package is returned to the sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, BC5000-Vape reserves the right to deduct a $9.99 restocking fee from the order refund. Additionally, we retain the right to re-ship a replacement order only after we have received and processed the original package. We are not obligated to resend the package at our expense.
